Below are the terms and conditions that must be adhered to:

1. This program is exclusively available for:
   • Corporate Vacation Packages, with a minimum of 10 participants.
   • Newly Married Couples, strictly for the couple or 2 people only.
2. A 15% discount will be applied to the total agreed charter cost.

2. Program Period

1. The program is valid for bookings made between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
2. Charter departures can take place at any time in 2025, subject to availability.

3. Requirements to Receive the Discount

1. Travelers participating in this program must:
   • Follow our official social media accounts on the following platforms:
     • Facebook
     • Instagram
     • YouTube
     • TikTok
   • Provide proof of participation by sending a screenshot confirming that all accounts have been followed.
2. The screenshot proof must be sent via:
   • WhatsApp chat to our official company number.
   • Official company email with the subject: “Special Offer 2025 – Social Media Proof.”

4. Booking Terms

1. Charter service bookings must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
2. Bookings will only be considered valid after the down payment (DP) has been received according to the company’s policy.
3. This program is only applicable for bookings made directly through the official website, official WhatsApp, or official email.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

1. If cancellation occurs from the traveler’s side, the refund policy will follow the general terms and conditions for charter services.
2. The discount cannot be converted to cash or transferred to other bookings.

6. Miscellaneous

1. The company reserves the right to cancel the discount if the traveler fails to meet the requirements, including invalid social media proof.
2. This program cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts currently in effect.
3. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
